Enjoy and Remember

Firstly, enjoy the experience.

Be present in the moment. Take in your surroundings. Take note of your response to the water. How does your chosen water activity make you feel? Calm? Joyful? Energised? Relaxed?

Then, find a way to remember it.

Record it by taking some photos or video to remember the occasion. Maybe write about it in your journal. Tell a friend about it.
